Role Overview Valorant Consulting is seeking a Finance Associate to support the firm’s leadership in managing financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This is a hands-on role that combines finance administration, basic accounting, and analytical reporting. The candidate will maintain accurate books, prepare regular forecasts and dashboards, and serve as the primary interface with Valorant’s external accountant and finance vendors. Key Responsibilities 1. Management Reporting & Analytics Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports covering P&L, margins, revenue forecasts, utilization, and cash-flow summaries. Maintain financial models to project profitability, investments, and budget scenarios. Track project-level performance and support leadership in cost optimization and pricing analyses. Consolidate and visualize data into concise dashboards and executive summaries. 2. Accounting & Bookkeeping Coordination Maintain updated ledgers, expense tracking, and payment records.
