As we scale, we're looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to help us architect, build, and deliver enterprise-grade SaaS productsworking at the intersection of UX, data, and cutting-edge backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that can handle high transaction volumes.
• Own the release process on a rotational basis and supervise on-call responsibilities, prioritizing critical issues.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring backend systems remain reliable and performant.
• Define sprint scope for backend-related work and stage deliverables into clear milestones.
• Proactively highlight and address technical debt, proposing sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Frontend) to align backend systems with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and 1:1 guidance.
• Participate in architectural reviews and influence technical decisions across teams.

Key Requirements

• 69 years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, Node.js) and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL), caching (Redis/Memcached), and message queues.
• Hands-on experience in debugging complex production issues with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs and write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and system scalability principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Prior involvement in defining and improving engineering practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience in hiring and performance reviews.
