While early in our product journey, we are focused on creating AI-powered tools that bring efficiency and intelligence to healthcare systems.💼 What You'll Do:Build beautiful, fast, and responsive web apps using our modern tech stack (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, ShadCn UI, Zustand/Query)Work with designers to turn Figma mockups into smooth, pixel-perfect user experiencesDevelop reusable UI components and help maintain our shared design systemOptimize pages for speed, scalability, and great performance (SSR, CSR, caching, etc.)Collaborate closely with backend and AI teams to deliver end-to-end product featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and production-ready code that other developers love working withParticipate in code reviews and brainstorming sessions — your ideas matter hereThrive in a high-stress, deadline-driven environment typical of client projects⚡Required Technical Skills:Core: Advanced proficiency in Next.js and React.jsStyling: Expert-level Tailwind CSS and ShadCn UI implementationState Management: Strong experience with React-Query and ZustandPerformance: Deep understanding of SSR, CSR, caching mechanisms, and optimization strategiesVersion Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub workflowsAPI Integration: Solid experience with RESTful APIs and modern data fetching patternsDesign Systems: Ability to create and maintain scalable component libraries🎯 Required Qualifications:

Minimum 18 Months Of Industry Experience In Frontend Development
