Job Description: Job Title: Senior React JS Front-End UI Developer Location: Hyderabad, India (BPMLinks) Job Summary: We are looking for an Extremely Strong React JS Front-End UI Developer to join our fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled front-end engineer with deep expertise in React JS and modern web technologies. You will own the development and optimization of complex user interfaces that are scalable, maintainable, and visually stunning. Ability to generate code with AI agents is huge plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable React JS components and front-end architecture. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant web applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, including code-splitting, lazy loading, and state management improvements. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG). Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Stay up-to-date with the latest React ecosystem advancements and front-end best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues rapidly. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience building complex web applications using React JS. Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries. Extensive experience with React hooks, context API, Redux (or similar state management tools). Strong understanding of component-based architecture, virtual DOM, and React lifecycle. Proficient with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn. Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion). Expertise in responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data fetching techniques. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar. Knowledge of TypeScript is highly desirable. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Next JS or other React frameworks for server-side rendering. Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client. Understanding of web security best practices.
