We're looking for a Senior Product Manager & Engineering Manager hybrid role to lead the strategy and execution of our platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable systems are built to solve real-world problems. Role Overview: In this role, you will manage the product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap creation to execution, while leading engineering teams to build reliable, cloud-native solutions. Product Strategy & Execution Lead the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market needs and technical feasibility. Align product goals with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of high-value features. 2. Engineering Leadership Manage and mentor engineering teams, driving high-quality execution and ensuring alignment with product goals. Oversee system architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with design, marketing, and other teams to ensure product-market fit. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks in the product development process. 4. Agile Methodology & Continuous Improvement Lead Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements across both product and engineering. 5. Mentorship & Team Development Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management and engineering leadership. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, and scalable systems. Proven leadership in managing teams and driving product execution. Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from IIT , BITS Pilani , or a top-tier institution (IIIT/NIT). Show more Show less
