About The Role

The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within Adecco, supporting our mission to deliver top-tier staffing and HR services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The individual will also be involved in developing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, maintain industry knowledge, and foster strong partnerships with clients and candidates. This position is ideal for someone passionate about human resources and eager to make a tangible impact within a global organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar HR role, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate HR department.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the industry and location.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions within the ATS and other databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing workforce management initiatives and HR policies as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
