About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Developer with around 3 years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about UI/UX, possess strong technical fundamentals, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with backend and product teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve overall code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js and the modern React ecosystem (hooks, context, state management).
• Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering, API routes, and application optimization.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript, including type-safe development and interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of Modern JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming and modular architecture.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, component-driven development, and version control (Git).

Required Skills

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or other modern styling frameworks.
• Knowledge of Redux, Zustand, or similar state management libraries.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps concepts.
• Understanding of testing frameworks such as React Testing Library or Cypress.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility (A11y), and SEO best practices.
• Exposure to design systems or component libraries (MUI, shadcn/ui, Chakra UI, Storybook).

Soft Skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and collaborate effectively.
• Eager to learn, upskill, and adapt to new technologies or challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
