Job Description

This role ensures smooth front-desk operations, effective coordination with internal departments, and supports administrative tasks essential to daily office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Visitor Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, professional, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as per security protocols.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier, posts, and packages.
  • Maintain office stationery and pantry inventory; raise requisitions when required.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and conference room bookings.
  • Support HR and Admin departments with basic clerical work such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as the first point of contact between departments and external parties.
  • Relay messages and coordinate appointments for senior management.
  • Support in scheduling and logistical arrangements for company events and client visits.

Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure adherence to office access and visitor management protocols.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for maintaining office hygiene and safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist, preferably in an IT or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and customer-service orientation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
