Wanted - Front office Receptionist

Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcome guests, check them in by verifying their reservations, and assist with check-out, including processing payments and issuing invoices.
Managing Reservations: Handle guest bookings, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure room availability and optimal allocation.
Guest Inquiries and Services: Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Assist with special requests like extra bedding or transportation.
Billing and Payments: Process payments (cash, credit card), verify charges, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Guest Complaints and Issues: Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
Coordinating with Other Departments: Communicate guest requests to housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments to ensure a smooth stay.
Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and ensure the lobby presents a professional image.

Eligibility:

A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is often preferred, especially for higher-end hotels or resorts.
Preferred Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, ideally in a hotel or similar customer-facing role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
