The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads and building strong sales pipelines, focusing on SMBs, SMEs, Startups, and Fortune clients globally. Key Responsibilities: Research, identify, and generate new business leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). Qualify leads and set up appointments for the Business Development/Sales team. Understand client requirements and present the company’s IT solutions effectively. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate prospect information. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead targets. Communicate clearly and confidently in English with international clients. Requirements: 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation or inside sales in an IT Services or Consulting company. Strong command of spoken and written English. Experience in handling clients across SMBs, SMEs, Startups, and Fortune companies. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a courteous and professional manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, professional, and presentable at all times. Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as per security protocols. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Administrative Support: Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier, posts, and packages. Maintain office stationery and pantry inventory; raise requisitions when required. Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and conference room bookings.
