Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with top-selling developers, investors, and end-customers.
Consult clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiate property transactions.
Provide expert advisory to customers in purchasing property under the best terms.
Schedule and conduct meetings with predetermined leads and prospective clients.
Showcase residential properties tailored to customer investment needs.
Manage end-to-end discussions with clients, educating them about the companys offerings.
Accurately present project information and promote company developments.
Coordinate and organize site visits with potential buyers.
Handle front office duties, administrative responsibilities, and ensure smooth office operations.
