We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotels and restaurants.



Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Supervise and train front office staff to achieve excellent performance.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems is preferred.
  • A graduate degree in any field is required.
