Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team at ITC Grand Chola (ITC Hotel). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
  • Handle cash transactions, credit card sales, and other financial tasks accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
