Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is desirable.
  • A graduate degree in any field is preferred; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
