Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and confirming appointments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is desirable.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
