Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in front office operations and management, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security.
Analyze and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of front office operations, procedures, and protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
