Job Description

As the Front Office Manager, your role involves overseeing the front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage front office staff, including receptionists, concierges, and bell staff - Ensure excellent customer service and effectively resolve guest complaints - Oversee room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and room inventory management - Handle front office operations, including guest requests, room changes, and billing issues - Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience - Implement and uphold front office policies and procedures - Monitor and control front office expenses and budgets - Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to front office staff - Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, and industry standards Qualifications Required: - Hospitality industry experience, preferably in a front office management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in hotel management software and systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you may be expected to possess the following skills: - Leadership and team management - Customer service and relations - Communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and conflict resolution - Time management and organization - Budgeting and financial management This is a full-time position requiring in-person work at the specified location.
