site supervisor (civil)

Primary Responsibilities

1. Oversee construction activities: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. Supervise site staff: Manage and coordinate the activities of laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors.

3. Implement safety protocols: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

4. Coordinate logistics: Manage material delivery, equipment maintenance, and storage.

5. Monitor progress: Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Maintain site records: Keep accurate records of site activities, including site diaries, progress reports, and safety records.

2. Prepare reports: Submit regular reports to project managers and other stakeholders.

3. Manage budgets: Monitor and control site expenses, ensuring adherence to budget allocations.

4. Coordinate with stakeholders: Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project requirements are met.

Technical Responsibilities

1. Interpret plans and specifications: Understand and implement project plans, specifications, and technical requirements.

2. Conduct site inspections: Identify and report on defects, deficiencies, or potential hazards.

3. Troubleshoot issues: Resolve technical problems and implement corrective actions.

4. Ensure quality control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for construction work.

Leadership Responsibilities

1. Lead by example: Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

2. Motivate site staff: Foster a positive and productive work environment.

3. Provide training and guidance: Develop and mentor site staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

4. Manage conflicts: Resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
