Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FRONT OFFICE Coordinator to join our team at ITC Grand Chola. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate front office activities, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train front office staff to maintain high service quality standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance team collaboration and productivity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and training staff.
Familiarity with front office software and systems, including reservation and check-in procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
