We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team in Pali. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including check-in/check-out forms and room assignments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Office Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to handle guest complaints and concerns.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
