We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Associate to join our team at JW Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk software and systems, is preferred.
A high level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Team player who collaborates with others to achieve common goals.
