We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions, including room assignments and guest information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests courteously and efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and protocols.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to hotel management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
