Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of hospitality software and systems is preferred.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service are essential.
