Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate, located in Digha. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing reception duties, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will also handle communication with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.

Qualifications

Receptionist Duties, Check-in, and Customer Service skills
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a hospitality or related industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
