Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

  • Welcome and greet all guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently as per hotel standards.
  • Assist corporate guests with express check-in/check-out and business-related requirements.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance as the face of the hotel.

Reservations & Room Management:

  • Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Reservations team for corporate bookings and group arrivals.
  • Ensure room allocation and special preferences (e.g., room type, amenities, corporate rates) are met.
  • Update and maintain accurate guest records in the PMS (Property Management System).

Billing & Cashiering:

  • Prepare and settle guest bills accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure billing for corporate clients follows negotiated rate agreements.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and company billing transactions securely and per hotel policy.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) for guest needs and room readiness.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Banquet team for corporate events, meetings, and VIP movements.
  • Communicate special requests and VIP arrivals to the concerned departments.

Guest Relations & Corporate Handling:

  • Build rapport with repeat and corporate guests, ensuring personalized service.
  • Maintain updated records of corporate clients, rate agreements, and preferences.
  • Assist business travelers with logistics such as transportation, meeting room bookings, and business center support.
  • Handle VIP and executive-level guest arrivals with extra care and discretion.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain daily reports, logs, and shift handovers accurately.
  • Ensure front desk area and lobby are clean, well-presented, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in upselling hotel rooms, F&B outlets, and services to maximize revenue.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel Wincloud Software.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional grooming, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
