Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee the construction of a luxury residential property. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in high-end residential construction, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple contractors to ensure top-quality workmanship, timely delivery, and adherence to design standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site operations for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works. Ensure that construction aligns with approved architectural and structural drawings. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors. Maintain quality standards expected for luxury finishes — flooring, joinery, lighting, automation, and landscaping. Plan work schedules, manage manpower, and ensure timely availability of materials. Oversee finishing works including marble, woodwork, paint, sanitary fittings, and fixtures. Ensure proper execution of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and automation systems. Monitor site safety and cleanliness in line with company and legal requirements. Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight any delays or variations. Verify contractor bills, materials received, and work completion status. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). 10–12 years of experience in luxury villa or high-end residential construction . Strong technical knowledge in civil finishing, MEP coordination, and interior detailing. Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and BOQs. Hands-on experience managing site teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Keen eye for aesthetic quality and craftsmanship. Language Hindi and English preferred as well Kannada will be an advantage. Work Environment: Full-time, site-based role.
