Job Description

  • Greeting guests: Welcoming guests in a professional and warm manner
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out: Helping guests with the check-in and check-out processes
  • Providing information: Offering information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handling guest inquiries: Responding to guest requests and inquiries, including special arrangements and room preferences
  • Managing appointments: Managing appointments
  • Answering phones: Taking phone calls
  • Billing: Handling billing
  • Solving complaints: Addressing any possible complaints
  • Maintaining records: Keeping updated records of bookings, payments, and guests
  • Managing mail or deliveries: Managing mail or deliveries
  • Overseeing security: Sometimes overseeing basic security or access control
  • Collaborating with housekeeping: Working with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
  • Processing cancellations and modifications: Processing cancellations and modifications, and relaying this information to the front desk
  • Processing advance deposits: Processing advance deposits on reservations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
