Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team at RAMADA ENCORE BY WYNDHAM. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
