Dear Candidates,

Front Office Executive

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a fair understanding of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Attend incoming phone calls, answer basic enquiries, and connect calls to the right department.
  • Maintain the front-office area neatly and update visitor logs and daily admin records.
  • Handle office emails, manage courier in/out, and coordinate with different internal teams.
  • Make telecalling follow-ups for enquiries, confirmations, and basic customer communication.
  • Support simple accounting tasks like bill entries, invoice filing, and petty cash maintenance.
  • Manage office stock such as stationery and monitor vendor/service provider coordination.
  • Ensure all daily office activities run smoothly and assist in resolving small operational issues.
