Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing visitors and calls, and supporting administrative requirements efficiently and professionally.

  • Front Office Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and maintenance service providers.
  • Support to HR team in day-to-day operations, attendance and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and visitor records.
  • Office Management:

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises.
  • Supervise housekeeping and pantry staff.
  • Coordinate with IT/admin for asset allocation and office equipment maintenance.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 0.6 to 2 years of experience in front office, administration, or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
