Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet Visitors, answer Phones, manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain a tidy presentable reception area.
  • Handle guest inquiries, register guests, provide information on services and resolve complaints or special requests.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel for guests or employees, including flights, accommodations and transportation.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and manage general office.
  • Oversee driver schedules, ensure efficient vehicle utilization and manage transportion logistics for staff or clients.
  • Process invoices, manage accounts and billing, track expenditure
  • Maintain accurate and updated records, including employee contact list internal directories and guest information.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate , with good communication and presentation skills with minumum 2 years of work experience.
