Front Line Sales Executive Project Site Sales - Chennai: Position: Front Line Sales Executive Location: Any Casagrand Site in Chennai (Only Male Candidates) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Experience: 1 to 6 years Key Responsibilities: Directly interact with customers at project sites to build relationships and understand their needs. Effectively present and explain Casagrands real estate offerings, features, and value propositions. Actively listen to customer requirements to recommend suitable properties. Conduct site walkthroughs, present quotations, and assist in negotiation and finalization of bookings. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Ensure consistent territory/site coverage to tap into potential leads and referrals. Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong post-sale relationships. Represent Casagrand professionally in interactions with clients, local authorities, and third-party agencies. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with confidence in sales closure Good understanding of property sales process (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work from any Casagrand project site in Chennai
