Role Overview:

Front-End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality user-facing features using React.js (or similar frameworks).
• Work with designers to translate Figma/UX designs into pixel-perfect code.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure data consistency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Proactively identify UI/UX bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and UI component libraries.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in front-end development.

• Strong command over HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Proficiency in React.js (or Vue.js/Angular) and ecosystem tools like React Router, Redux, etc.

• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS or styled-components.

• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.

• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).

• Understanding of REST APIs and integration best practices.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Bonus (Good to Have):

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or React Native.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced startup teams.
