Front Desk Manager

Key Responsibilities:Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate front desk personnel.Guest Services: Act as the primary point of contact, managing reservations, check-ins/outs, special requests, and resolving guest issues effectively.Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk activities, maintain a presentable reception area, and manage supplies and inventory.Administrative Duties: Prepare reports (occupancy, financial), manage budgets, and oversee record-keeping.Coordination: Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest needs are met.Core Skills & Qualifications:Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Experience in hospitality or customer service.Familiarity with property management/booking software.Ability to work varying shifts, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Essential Duties:Develop and implement front desk policies and procedures.Monitor staff performance and adherence to service standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Handle financial transactions and ensure security protocols are followed.
