As a Functional Audit professional, your primary responsibility will involve developing and implementing cross-functional audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments. You will be conducting audits across various departments, including finance, operations, IT, Network, and HR, to ensure comprehensive coverage. It will be essential for you to evaluate the adequacy of internal controls, compliance with policies, and adherence to industry standards. In your role, you will need to identify and assess potential risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps within processes and systems. Your insights will play a crucial role in providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for preparing detailed audit reports summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of audit procedures, findings, and follow-ups for future reference will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement will be vital as you partner with various departments to understand workflows and operational challenges. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on compliance and process improvements. Presenting audit results to stakeholders and assisting in the implementation of corrective actions will also be part of your responsibilities. Continuous improvement is integral to this role, and you will monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to assess their effectiveness. Staying updated on changes in regulations, industry trends, and best practices will ensure that the audit process remains relevant and effective. Identifying opportunities for streamlining processes and promoting innovation will be encouraged. To excel in this position, you should hold a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred. Proven experience in internal or external auditing, risk management, or a related field will be beneficial. Familiarity with cross-departmental processes and diverse business functions is also desirable. Key skills required for this role include strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proficiency in audit tools and software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry, high attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results are essential. An ethical mindset with the ability to maintain confidentiality and independence, cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, risk and control awareness, problem-solving, decision-making, effective communication and reporting, and a process improvement orientation are also critical skills. This full-time position is located in Gandhinagar- GIFT CITY and follows a work schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm IST with the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday off.,

#### **Job Description**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workflow/Process Automation Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of workflow solutions using Decisions, Pega, Appian, and other low-code automation platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business process automation and have the ability to architect, develop, and troubleshoot advanced workflows to drive operational efficiency. #### **Key Responsibilities**: - **Process Analysis & Solution Architecture**: - Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive workflow and business process automation solutions. - Architect scalable, maintainable, and extensible workflow systems that integrate with existing enterprise solutions. - Ensure alignment with business objectives, defining best practices for implementation, scalability, and future-proofing. - **Development**: - Lead and participate in the development of automated workflows using Decisions, Pega, Appian, and other workflow automation technologies. - Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and ensure code quality across the team. - Guide the development team in applying low-code principles, reusable components, and efficient workflows to maximize project delivery timelines. - Implement integration strategies between workflow automation platforms and external systems. - **Advanced Troubleshooting**: - Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex issues within workflows and integrations, employing advanced debugging techniques. - Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows to improve reliability and efficiency. - Proactively identify areas of improvement and ensure stability and resilience of automated processes. - **Team Collaboration & Leadership**: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring consistent application of best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve workflow efficiency and user experience. #### **Qualifications**: - **Technical Expertise**: - 7+ years of experience in workflow automation and business process management, specifically using Decisions, Pega, Appian, or similar platforms. - In-depth knowledge of workflow design, low-code application development, and business process automation. - Strong understanding of architecture design patterns, system integrations, and process optimization techniques. - Experience with integration of enterprise systems, REST APIs, and middleware. - **Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting**: - Advanced debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis experience in workflow automation environments. - Ability to handle and resolve complex technical challenges effectively and efficiently. - **Leadership & Communication**: - Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding development teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. #### **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience with additional automation platforms or workflow technologies. - Knowledge of cloud-based deployment and integration strategies. - Certifications in Decisions, Pega, or Appian are a plus.
