Job Description

We are hiring a Front Desk Manager to manage all front office operations of our hotel. The candidate will be responsible for handling booking calls, room inventory, check-ins, check-outs, billing, and payment collection while ensuring excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Attend booking and enquiry calls
  • Manage room inventory and availability
  • Book and schedule rooms
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare bills and collect payments (cash/UPI/card)
  • Maintain front desk records and registers
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for room status
  • Handle guest queries and complaints politely

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel front desk / reception preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer or register handling knowledge
  • Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,207.56 per month

Work Location: In person
