Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Law Intern at our office located in Nokha Mandi. The Law Intern will assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing case briefs, and providing support for various litigation processes. Daily tasks include attending court proceedings, client consultations, and assisting senior lawyers with case management. The intern will also engage in both civil and criminal cases, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic planning. The Arbitration Counsel / Legal Officer will be responsible for managing and resolving arbitration cases, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and providing legal advice. The role requires thorough knowledge of arbitration processes and the ability to represent clients effectively in legal matters. Responsibilities: Manage case filings, scheduling, and correspondence. Maintain secure case records (digital & physical). Draft procedural notices and cost schedules. Support tribunal and Registrar in hearings. Qualifications Legal expertise, including understanding of Law and addressing Legal Issues Skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation Ability to provide sound Legal Advice Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced degree in Law or related field Experience in arbitration and legal representation is a plus Law degree; 3–5 years’ arbitration/litigation/corporate law experience.
