Job Description

As a Front Desk Manager, your primary responsibility will be to handle booking calls, guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with all resort departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest experience. You will also be tasked with maintaining accounts, providing reports to the resort manager, overseeing the tidiness of the front desk area, and ensuring the availability of necessary stationery and materials. Your role will involve timely and accurate customer service, addressing complaints, fulfilling guest requests, monitoring stock levels, ordering office supplies, and managing mail distribution.
