📚 Qualifications Required

  • B.Com. / B.B.A / B.C.A. (Accountancy preferred)


🧾 Key Responsibilities

✅ Draft and manage professional letters, emails, and formal communications

✅ Handle correspondence with clients, government offices, and vendors

✅ Maintain records of all communications and documents

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for data collation

✅ Oversee dispatch operations and order processing

✅ Manage documentation for complaints, legal & compliance matters


🛠️ Required Skills

🗣️ Proficiency in English (Gujarati/Hindi is a plus)

💻 Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong proficiency in MS Excel with expertise in formulas and functions.

⌨️ Excellent typing, formatting & data handling

🎯 Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
