Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Marketing

Assist in executing SEO, SEM, social media, & Email Marketing campaigns
Support content creation for blogs, social media & websites
Analyze traffic using Google Analytics
Conduct keyword research & implement SEO strategies
Create & manage social media calendars (FB, Insta, LinkedIn)
Coordinate creatives with content & design teams
Manage paid ads (Google, Meta)
Track & report campaign performance

B. Podcast Management

Schedule & coordinate podcast sessions
Manage PAN-India hosting & team operations
Ensure quality audio recording & editing
Upload episodes with show notes
Promote via social media & emails
Analyze feedback & optimize episodes

C. Print Media Management

Develop, edit & curate print content
Ensure grammar, tone & fact accuracy
Assist in headlines, story development & layout design

Required Skills

Digital Marketing Knowledge (SEO/SEM, Social Media)
Familiar with Google Analytics, Ads, Canva
Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop is essential, as the role involves regular graphic design tasks including layout creation, image editing, and marketing material design.
Strong communication & content creation skills in English and Hindi
Basic HTML & WordPress a plus
