Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at JW Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front desk management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
