We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hyatt Place. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and issue resolution.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
