Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding professional to manage end-to-end logistics operations including import/export documentation, coordination with shipping lines, customs, and clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sea and air freight processes, shipment tracking, and documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and handle

  export and import shipments

  (Sea / Air / Road).
• Prepare and verify

  shipping and customs documentation

  — Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Liaise with

  shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers

  for smooth cargo movement.
• Monitor

  freight rates, schedules, and transit times

  to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Track shipments and update clients on status; resolve issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure

  compliance with international trade regulations

  and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, quotations, and vendor communications.
• Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with overseas agents for routing and pricing.
• Assist in

  billing, costing, and profit margin analysis

  for each shipment.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma in

  Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business

  .
• Minimum

  3–5 years

  of experience in Freight Forwarding (Sea / Air).
• Strong knowledge of

  export-import procedures, INCO terms, and customs clearance

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office and ERP systems

  (experience with SAP or similar software preferred).
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with

  CHA, shipping lines, and freight agents

  .
• Familiarity with

  NVOCC operations

  .
• Exposure to

  domestic logistics coordination

  is a plus.
