Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Freelancer - HR Analytics Trainer - weekend only. The HR Analytics Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions on HR analytics to a diverse audience. The Trainer will create training materials, conduct live sessions, provide coaching, and ensure learners understand and effectively apply HR analytics concepts.

Responsibility:

  • Deliver structured training sessions on:
  • HR Analytics fundamentals and transformation from traditional HR
  • Types of analytics (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
  • Key HR metrics and KPIs
  • HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Data ethics, GDPR, and bias in analytics
  • Teach tools and techniques in People Analytics, including recruitment, performance, compensation, and retention analytics.
  • Provide training on HR dashboards using

    Excel

    and

    Power BI

    , including pivot tables and data visualization best practices.
  • Guide participants through real-world applications such as:
  • Predictive modeling (e.g., attrition and promotion prediction)
  • HR storytelling and presentation of trends to senior leadership
  • Mentor learners in developing capstone projects, including comprehensive HR Analytics dashboards and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry tools (e.g., JobsPikr, Payscale) and AI applications in HR (e.g., resume screening, personality testing).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
  • Proven experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Data-driven HR roles
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and basic knowledge of Python for HR modeling
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR data sources
  • Strong knowledge of DEI, CSR, GDPR, and ethical use of HR data
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Good to have:

  • Experience in corporate training or academic instruction
  • Hands-on with predictive modelling (e.g., regression, decision trees)
  • Knowledge of AI applications in HR (screening, planning, engagement)
