Job Responsibilities

• Provide career counselling and guidance to students
• Build and manage recruiter networks and partnerships
• Create daily placement and internship opportunities
• Arrange interviews and ensure a 90%+ placement rate
• Accelerate average time to placement
• Maintain up-to-date placement tracker sheets
• Prepare and submit monthly placement reports
• Ensure complete student satisfaction throughout the placement journey
• Analyze data for insights and improvements
• Leverage educational technology platforms effectively
• Communicate clearly with students, recruiters, and internal teams
