Own end-to-end social for a new app launch. Strategy, content, posting, community, paid ads, and weekly growth experiments. If you haven’t already done this for brands or your own channels with proof, this isn’t for you.
• Strategy and planning
– Define ICPs, content pillars, tone, and weekly calendar for X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
– Launch plan across phases: tease → launch week → 90-day momentum
– Creative angles for product education, user stories, credibility, and shareability
– 3–5 short AI videos per week using Veo/Runway/Pika/Synthesia; strong prompt chops to get cinematic results
– 6–10 static posts per week using Canva/Figma; carousels, testimonials, mini-explainers, memes where apt
– Thumbnails, hooks, captions, and platform-native edits; maintain a reusable prompt and asset library
– Daily publishing across platforms, comment moderation, DMs, and lightweight community ops
– UGC sourcing and creator collabs; clear usage rights and tracking links
– Plan and run ads on Meta, Google UAC, and YouTube; optional X/LinkedIn tests
– Budget pacing, creative testing, audience building, and remarketing flows
– Clear experiment design: hypothesis, creative variants, and next move
– Weekly report: content performance, paid performance, insights, and next 3 experiments
– Track: views, watch-time, retention at 3s/50%, saves, shares, CTR, CPA/CPI, and ROAS where relevant
Weekly
– Content calendar with post copy, hooks, thumbnails, and asset links
– 3–5 short videos, 6–10 static posts, 3–6 story frames, and 1–2 creator briefs
– Performance report with actions for the next sprint
Monthly
– Growth summary, learning log, top-performing formats, and a refreshed playbook
– Paid ads dashboard with spend, CPI/CPA, best audiences, and creative winners
Non-negotiables
• Real portfolio of shipped AI videos and static posts (links required)
• One social strategy you authored with dates, metrics, and key learnings
• Prompt mastery visible in before/after or iteration notes
• Ads experience with actual budget management and outcomes
Success metrics
• Output: minimum 3–5 videos and 6–10 statics weekly
• Quality: Shorts/Reels average watch-time 35–50%+, CTR 1.5%+ on paid, saves/shares trending up
• Growth: follower growth and daily active community actions week over week
• Acquisition: CPI/CPA targets agreed in week 1 and improved monthly
• 6–10 best video links and 6–10 best static/carousel links; your role and tools used
• One-page social and paid plan you executed, with budget range and results
• Three hook lines and one thumbnail mock for our app this week
• Optional: a prompt pack snippet that shows how you think and iterate
• 30-day pilot retainer with weekly sprints; option to extend quarterly
• Availability for a 30-minute weekly review and same-day iteration on priority posts
• Clear usage rights for assets you create; brand assets provided on kickoff
Deliver a 7-day content plan, two 20–35s video scripts with prompt drafts, four static post concepts, and a lightweight paid test plan with budget split and first hypotheses
