Role Description

ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with client management and project leadership skills to deliver business-focused ServiceNow solutions in a freelance capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• HRSD Implementation:

• Configure and customize HRSD flow designers, HR Case forms, and Employee Service Center portals.
• Automate HR processes such as onboarding, case/knowledge management, and lifecycle events.

• ITSM & ITOM Expertise:

• Implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
• Support ITOM modules, including Discovery and Service Mapping, ensuring accuracy of CMDB.

• Integrations:

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft tools).
• Leverage REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server for data exchange.

• Platform Development:

• Develop custom applications, scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions), and workflows.
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for HR and IT stakeholders.

• Stakeholder & Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR/IT leaders, and business users.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, and client communication in a freelance project environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (

  mandatory

  ).
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (

  preferred

  ).

Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3+ years focused on HRSD.
• Proven knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and Discovery modules.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with data integrations, APIs, and external system connectivity.
