Freelance Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support

  Oracle SOA Suite integrations

  and

  EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  .
• Deliver

  synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations

  , including JSON/XML-based solutions.
• Perform

  independent testing

  of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
• Develop and customize

  RICE components

  (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
• Work on

  Oracle HRMS modules

  (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
• Build and maintain

  interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems

  , ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
• Support

  data migration activities

  ensuring

  data consistency, accuracy, and integrity

  .
• Identify and map

  configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables

  , establishing relationships across scattered data entities.
• Troubleshoot and

  resolve integration/technical issues

  independently with minimal support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of technical experience

  in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
• Proven expertise in

  Oracle SOA Suite

  and

  EBS ISG Web Services

  (SOAP/REST).
• Strong hands-on skills in

  PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL

  .
• Extensive experience with

  integration protocols

  (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
• Familiarity with

  HRMS data structures

  and backend navigation.
• Expertise in

  unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

  for interfaces.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of

  performance tuning

  for integrations.
• Exposure to

  Oracle Application Framework (OAF)

  .
• Experience with

  cloud integrations (Fusion HR/Payroll, SaaS systems)

  .
