Role And Responsibilities

As a Freelance Network and System Engineer at PaperTrue, you will: Design and Implement: Establish a cutting-edge networking environment by designing system configurations and directing system installations. You will define, document, and enforce top-tier system standards. Optimize Performance: Maximize our network’s performance by meticulously monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on optimization strategies. Ensure Security: Secure our network systems by establishing and enforcing robust policies, defining and monitoring access protocols. Drive Success: Accomplish our information systems and organizational missions by achieving related results as needed. Report and Analyze: Gather and prioritize information to report on network operational status effectively. Configure and Install: Skillfully configure and install various network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS systems. Monitor and Maintain: Ensure system availability and reliability by consistently monitoring performance. Collaborate for Solutions: Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve any network issues efficiently. Manage Firewall: Configure, manage, and monitor firewall settings to ensure network security and integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related issues. Administer Google Admin Console: Administer Google Workspace using the Google Admin Console. Manage user accounts, set permissions, and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace. Administer Office 365: Administer and manage Office 365 services including user accounts, email, and collaboration tools. Provide support for Office 365 applications and services.

Desired Profile

 Certification: CCNA Certification is a must. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to network management.
