Freelance AI Integration Specialist – Learning & Development**Contract Type: Freelance / contractual/Hybrid Project Duration: e.g. 6 months, extendable] Location: On site Project Overview:We are looking for a **Freelance AI Integration Specialist** to collaborate with our Learning & Development (L\&D) and tech teams on designing and implementing AI-driven training experiences. This freelance opportunity combines AI tool evaluation, hands-on prototyping, content enhancement, and data-driven insights to deliver next-generation corporate learning solutions.Scope of Work:AI Integration in Learning Design* Collaborate with tech and training teams to design AI-enabled learning modules (e.g., adaptive learning paths, chat-based or video-based coaching). * Evaluate and test AI tools, recommendation engines, and virtual tutors for employee learning. * Fine-tune AI prompts for internal learning assistants and training bots.Tool Development & Prototyping* Build and refine L\&D tool prototypes using Python, OpenAI GPT APIs, or no-code AI builders (e.g., Bubble, Glide, Zapier, Voiceflow). * Support the integration of AI-driven tools into existing LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Workday, Cornerstone).Analytics & Insights* Analyze learner interaction data to uncover trends and support personalized learning strategies. * Assist in developing interactive dashboards to track learning engagement, performance, and AI feedback.Content & Curriculum Enhancement* Co-develop or curate microlearning content enhanced with AI capabilities. * Refine prompts and co-create intelligent content agents for internal upskilling programs.Ideal Candidate:* Background in L\&D, instructional design, EdTech, or AI application in education * Experience with tools like OpenAI GPT, Claude, Synthesia, Pictory, or ElevenLabs * Familiarity with Python, API integration, or no-code platforms * Comfortable collaborating across product, data, and HR teams * Experience working with learning analytics, dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker)Portfolio Requirements:When applying, **please share examples** that demonstrate your relevant experience.
