Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise expansion efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential franchise leads into successful partners, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and values. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert potential leads into franchise partners through strategic sales efforts. Pitch franchise model and ROI to prospective investors Generate leads through calls, events, and digital channels Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees Coordinate onboarding with internal teams Represent the brand at expos and networking events Maintain lead records and provide regular reports Ensure documentation and agreement compliance Conduct market and territory analysis Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Self-motivated, goal Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
